Qualifications:  A Portland resident Senior who is going on to higher education.  Community service is what the Exchange Club is all about.  As a club, our members look to find ways to leave the community a little better than we find it.  We are looking for the student with the most outstanding record of community service.  Other secondary factors we consider are good academic achievement and participation in extra curricular activities.
