Salute to Connecticut's

The Exchange Club of Portland takes part in the annual Salute to Connecticut's Finest and Salute to Connecticut's Bravest awards ceremonies held each year at the Aqua Turf Convention Center in Southington.

The ceremony is sponsored by the Connecticut District Exchange Clubs. At each event, police officers and firemen from around the state are honored for outstanding service to their communities.

Each year a Portland Policeman and Fireman are honored for their service and commitment to the safety for the people of Portland.
